Poslední víkend byl taková další malá zkouška dospělosti, kterou jsem prošla jenom tak napůl. Napřed jsem se v sobotu probudila a v bytě jsme najednou neměli wifi. Věděla jsem, že si ji budeme muset na konci měsíce zařídit, protože doteď jsme ji měli společnou se sousedama nahoře, kteří se stěhovali a "převést účty" prostě nešlo. Klucí řekli, že to budou rušit na konci měsíce, takže za šest dní od soboty. No, a zrušili to prostě už v sobotu a nic neřekli. Bez komentáře klucí, já ráda takový překvapení. Naštěstí domluva se společností byla ultra rychlá a v neděli přišel pán nainstalovat nový modem, nakonec teda instaloval dva, protože první nefungoval, ujistil se, že se všechno připojí (akorát teda tiskárna mi stávkuje, ale snad se odurazí a začne zase fungovat :D), žádné poplatky za instalaci ani za modem, jenom měsíční platba za internet. To bylo příjemné.
Ale jak jsem v neděli neměla půl dne internet, tak jsem byla najednou nějak moc produktivní. V půl desáté už jsem měla odcvičeno, nasnídáno, úkoly se mi dělat nechtělo, tak jsem se rozhodla, že si vyperu. Roztřídila jsem prádlo a s plným košem tmavého, dvouma dolarama a pracím prostředkem v ruce jsem vyrazila směr prádelna, kde jsem našla akorát nápis, že tam nemůžu. Jakože cože?!! :D Něco se tam opravuje, takže celá budova jsme bez praček. No, tak to je ta část, kterou jsem ještě nevyřešila. Přemýšlím, kde se dá sehnat valcha a holt si dám celodenní session v koupelně a workout na ruce? :D Čekám další takový srandy z toho slavného dospěláckého života, který mě stále nijak neuchvátil, co vám budu povídat.
The past weekend was another small test of adulthood for me that I passed only about at 50%. First, I woke up on Saturday only to find out that there is no wifi in the apartment. I knew we will have to get a new wifi because until now we were sharing the internet with the neighbors upstairs but they are moving out and the accounts cannot be transferred. The guys told us they will cancel it at the end of the month (six days from Saturday) and they cancelled it early and didn't say a word. Thanks, guys, I love surprises like that, who doesn't. Fortunately, the communication with the company was fast and the tech guy came on Sunday to install the router. Eventually he had to install two of them because the first one wouldn't work, then he made sure everything was connected and working (my printer is on a strike or something but I hope it will stop being mad at me for some reason and connect so I can print things), I didn't pay any fees for the installation or for the router rental which was great.
Therefore I didn't have internet for half of the Sunday, so I was very productive. By half past nine I was done with my workout, had my breakfast, I was in no mood for homework so I decided to do my laundry. With a full basket of dark colors, two dollars and the detergent I went downstairs only to find a sign that I can't go in there because there is some reconstruction going on. Say what?!! :D The whole building has no access to the washing machines which is the part that I haven't quite figured out yet, hahah. I'm just trying to think of a place where I can buy a scrubbing board and I will spend one day in my bathroom doing an arm workout with my laundry or what? :D I'm waiting for more of episodes like these to come up just so I don't get too comfortable I guess. Still not sold on this whole adulthood thing just by the way.
