Původní plán bylo strávit den na pláži, dát si něco dobrého k jídlu a sledovat všechny ty krásné oslavy. Celý týden bylo krásně, předpověď vypadala ještě lépe a... A pak se Vancouver projevil a my se ráno probudili do deště. Báječné :D Program jsme tedy posunuly, odpoledne se vyčasilo, já strávila nejlepší odpoledne u kamáradky na bytě, na kanadsky laděné tetování jsem se těšila už měsíc, pak jsme se sešly i s Emmou, daly si nejlepší večeři, možná padla nějaká ta flaštička vína a celkově se to všechno nečekaně povedlo a tak je to stejně nejlepší. Vrchol celého dne ale bylo, když jsem vystoupila ze Seabusu v centru a ona je celá ta stanice prosklená, takže je vidět na přístav a na břeh, kde se zrovna nějaký otužilý plavec škrábal z vody na souš, načež mu spadnul celý spodek plavek skoro do půli stehen! Kolega si toho ale absolutně nevšímal a celé osazenstvo Seabusu mělo o show postaráno. To jsem ještě neviděla tohleto, Happy Canada Day :D
The original plan was to spend the day at the beach, have something to eat and watch all the celebration going on around us. The weather was amazing the whole week, the weather forecast looked even better and then... And then Vancouver showed his true colors and we woke up to a rainy Friday. Wunderbar :D We pushed our plans backs and the sun came up in the afternoon so I spend the best time at my friend's apartment, I was looking forward to the Canadian themed tattoos for a month now, we met up with Emma for dinner after that, had the best food, we might drank one or two bottles of wine and unexpectedly it all turned out to be a great night out. However, my highlight of the day was when I was getting off the Seabus downtown and the station is all glass so you can sea the harbor and the shore where some brave swimmer was trying to get out of the water. All good until his bottom fell down but he didn't care at all so all those people were up for a good show. I mean, I haven't seen anything like that in my life so far, but hey dude, we're all good and Happy Canada Day I guess :D
